Hotel Information:

The DAYS HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER is located at 2200 Centreville Road, Herndon, Virginia. Amenities include free parking, indoor pool, and high-speed Internet. Restaurants and shopping malls are within walking distance. The hotel is located just two miles from Dulles International Airport and 22 miles from Washington DC. It is 10 minutes from I-95 and I-66. Area attractions include Washington, DC, the Smithsonian Dulles Air & Space Museum, and Worldgate Center across the street, featuring shops, restaurants and movie theaters. Families are welcome.

Registration for the weekend is $260 per person with meals before April 30th and $310 with meals after April 30th. The nightly room rate is $109 plus tax, single/double occupancy. The meals program includes Friday evening reception with veggies & fruit slices and a cash bar, Saturday & Sunday catered lunches, coffee breaks, Sunday evening banquet & Elliott-Black Award ceremony. All meals will include vegetarian selections.
